of mechanical and electrical contractors throughout the United States.
Mike served as President of Training and Development for this $2 billion
publicly traded organization. Mike is a past President of Air Conditioning
Contractors of America (ACCA), and is a frequent national speaker and
is currently a principal of Callahan/Roach & Garofalo, a firm specializing
in management development and strategic consulting and training to small
businesses, including merger &acquisition transaction management.
Roach has over 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney, entrepreneur,
consultant and executive manager. Starting with an 18-year legal practice
in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in business and commercial law, including
franchising and mergers and acquisitions, Al moved into the industry in
1986 as the President and General Counsel for Service America, a national
HVAC service franchise.

Garofalo has 30 years of industry and consulting experience. Starting
out at Southern Bell in the early 1970s, John began his dual career focusing
on marketing and leadership development, with stints in sales and sales
management, as well as serving as an instructor and manager for their
Executive Learning Center.
his career, John has leveraged these experiences serving as marketing
manager for Lennox Industries, as general manager for an HVAC service
business in Mobile, Alabama, as Operations Manager of GroupMAC’s
Residential Group, and later as President for Encompass Residential Services.
At Encompass, he was responsible for 35 acquired businesses generating
$350 million in annual revenue and $35 million in free cash flow. John’s
innovative marketing programs focused attention on building sales in the
coveted maintenance and replacement markets.
throughout this career, John has served the HVAC and other industries
in a consulting and leadership development capacity, clocking over eight
years in this rewarding arena. John is presently a principal of Callahan/Roach
Lea Barlow has more than 5 years of experience within the sales and marketing industry. Lea began her marketing career with Ernst & Young while finishing her Public Relations degree at the University of South Florida.
Upon graduation, Lea worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Lifestyle Family Fitness where she focused her efforts on media buying and campaign coordination. Later, Lea moved into business-to business advertising sales with Clear Channel Outdoor as an account executive. While there, Lea was responsible for maintaining the multi-million dollar accounts of national clients.
In 2005, Lea brought her experience to Callahan/Roach & Garofalo where she presently serves as the company’s Marketing Director.
